·          Choose from a range of courses, from 1 to 3 km.

·          You will be given a full-colour, detailed map of Ham Riverside.

·          Using the map, find the control points and record your time with an electronic timer.

Meeting place:  The Hawker Centre:  café, bar, changing, showers, parking.

Directions:       By public transport: No. 65 bus from Kingston or Richmond.  Alight at Lower Ham Road.

                        By road: The Hawker Centre is situated by the River Thames, at the junction of Richmond Road (the main road between Kingston and Richmond) and Lower Ham Road.

Fees:             £3 seniors, £1 juniors + full-time students (on production of student card).  Electronic timer hire: £1 seniors, 50p juniors.
